Can I use it as decoration on surfaces other than the refrigerator ?
Yes, BARAKAmagnetic can also be used as decoration for other metal surfaces, such as metal cabinets or shelves.
Can I change the suras ?
For the moment, the magnets are delivered with one or more small suras (Juzz 'Amma, protective suras, Ayat Al-Kursi, Roqya, etc.) pre-selected. Do you have any other questions ? How do I charge the magnet ?
BARAKAmagnetic is equipped with a rechargeable lithium polymer battery. To recharge it, use the USB C cable and connect it to a power source (charger or computer USB port). Once the battery is fully charged, the magnet is ready to be used again.
The magnet is charged using the included USB-C cable. A full charge provides up to 3 hours of playback. The red indicator light shows that the device is charging and will turn off once it is fully charged.
Is the magnet water resistant ?
The magnet can withstand light moisture, but as it is an electronic device, we recommend keeping it away from water to avoid damage.
What should I do if my BARAKAmagnetic isn't working ?
If your BARAKAmagnetic is not working, check that the battery is properly charged and that the magnet is securely attached to a metal surface. If the problem persists, contact our customer support for solutions.
Can I change the audio once it has been selected ?
No, once the audio has been selected and installed, it cannot be changed. The product is designed for a simple, fixed audio experience without ongoing modifications.
